Which languages does NoorAI support?
NoorAI supports multiple interface languages including English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Assamese, French, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Dutch, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Somali, and Swahili.
How do premium plans work?
Premium may be offered as monthly, yearly, or lifetime Google Play products, depending on regional and rollout availability.
What does premium unlock?
Premium can unlock full Dua Hub access, Personal Dua, AI-curated life duas, expanded Learn AI usage, broader Islamic Calendar support, and premium appearance themes.
How do I restore premium?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Google account used for the original purchase, and keep your internet connection active.
Why is Learn AI limited or locked?
Non-premium users may have a daily free limit. Premium users receive expanded access. If entitlement appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases from Settings.
Does NoorAI work offline?
Core Quran reading and many local preferences are available offline. Streaming recitation, AI features, and some online content need internet access.
Why is the Quran audio not playing?
Quran audio is typically streamed. Check your internet connection, stop and restart playback, or switch reciters and try again.
Why does Prayer Times request location permission?
Location is used to calculate accurate local prayer times and improve location-based tools. You can also use manual city selection where available.
Why does NoorAI request microphone permission?
Microphone permission is optional and used only for voice-driven features when enabled.
Where can I find Dua Hub modules?
Open Dua Hub from the main navigation area. Depending on access level, modules may include Azkar, Calendar Notes, Life Moments, Namaz Guide, Islamic News, and Ummah.
How is game progress saved?
Learning and game progress such as levels, points, and milestones are saved in app storage. Availability across devices depends on platform and account sync behavior.
What is the Islamic Shop section?
Islamic Shop contains curated product ideas with external shopping links. Some links may be affiliate links and are disclosed accordingly.
How do I report a bug or feature request?
Email support with your device model, Android version, app version, and a clear description of the issue or requested improvement.
